Very upsetting experience all over. I made a call in with dealership and went over possible financing details for a Dodge Charger listed for only $6,600 after I got some helpful info I took the hour and a half drive to dealership and Customer service was terrible sales rep had not accurate answer to why check engine light was on and then I was told they sale all their cars AS IS and no warranty even though on ad advertised stated there will be one and I was told so over the phone and then I tried to put $4,000 towards the ca... read more

RecommendedMy wife and I found the XT5 that she wanted at Courtesy Cadillac. We are approximately 2 1/2 hours away from Louisville but the trip was well worth our time! This is the 4th Cadillac we've purchased and this was the smoothest process we have ever had. Michael and Brandon made sure every aspect of this purchase was worth our time. RecommendedYour Cadillac Service department is top notch. I am treated like family. I love bringing my car in. the only downside of coming into the dealership is that every time I bring in my XT5 I get a call from the sales department wanting me to sell back my car. it took me 20 years to get my Cadillac. I am not interested in selling after 2 years. I wish those calls and the mailers would stop. they are very annoying
