My father has bought and sold many cars there since he moved to this area. Most recently he purchased a car and was not happy with it wished to trade back with the car he traded in they did not accommodate him whatsoever and made him pay an additional sum of money that was extensive I warned my dad about that place but he didn’t listen. Based on the number of cars that he has bought there I can’t believe they didn’t treat him better
Be honest and quit telling things that are not the truth. They do not like to give refunds that are owed to the customer. Owe me $1300.00, that Willie will not refund on a car service contract that I bought from them..

I am ALL about customer service. Let me say this loud and clear, we have bought not 1, not 2 but THREE vehicles from ORR Cadillac in Hot Springs. Matt Perry and Michael have ALWAYS made sure we have been taken care of. They have both left the business and I understand why. I will NEVER EVER spend another dime at Orr Cadillac.
