Charlie Pastick at RSM ford was a dream to buy a car from. I despise car shopping and he changed that completely. I have been to other Ford dealers to test drive the Ford Edge. I looked up RSM on the Internet and found what I thought I wanted. I was in contact with Susan from the dealer throughout the day. Look no further! Call or stop in and ask for Robbie. Hands down the best guy I have ever dealt with. I was in for the test drive, and out with the car in under 2 hours. I am not even kidding. He made what I thought was an impossible deal and now I have upgraded my Fusion Energi to a Fusion Energi Titanium. Sweat! I couldn't be happier.
