Women be ware!! They tried to force me to buy the LoJack system on the car I was going to purchase because they made a “mistake” on their sticker price and had to make up the loss. The salesmen are fantastic but the finance department is to shady for me. I have waisted 2 weeks with this dealership.
I was blessed to get to work with Roger Espindola on the service drive. Whereas other dealerships would hardly give me the time to help with my issues, Roger took the time to thoroughly assess my concerns and get them taken care of with integrity and true care. It’s customer service like this that many wouldn’t even believe possible, but that I was able to receive here. Thankful I drove up here.

Tom Glockner and Dan Hernandez are AMAZING!! Tom was so knowledgeable and such a nice guy to work to. And now, thanks to these two, we are driving around in the Explorer we wanted! We will definitely be back in the future! Oh, and on another note.. They have an In and Out basically on their lot. We went for lunch while they were working on our paper work. Came back, signed some stuff, and we were on our way with a new vehicle and full tummies! What other dealership do you know that has an In and Out?? :)
