Took my 2014 Edge in for Oil change and tire rotation. Everything went well and out of there within an hour.
When it comes to service, Miguel always makes sure everything went perfect with the service. He will keep me up to date on my car and follows up to make sure everything is working okay. What I am displeased with is that I purchased my Ford Escape 4 years ago and after 2 1/2 years my battery died and was replaced under warranty. Then last week, after only 1 1/2 years my battery died again and once again was replaced under warranty. Very good service. Car was repaired correctly and on time.
It was time to obtain new tires for my Ford Fusion. I contacted my "favorite" tire store who offered a good price, but the dealerships price was significantly less for the same set. Two days before going in, I also had a strange touch panel issue. I had them "check it out". I received a prompt ride home, and later in the day was picked up to get my car. It was such a smooth experience ( as it is always ) and everything is just fine now.
Santa Margarita Ford did a outstanding job on my car. I had a faulty part after replacing rear brake pads. The part was a call back but my car did not have the correct VIN number. Service Department called Ford direct and they were able to get them to cover the costs.Whew. Great work Service department. M. Halliburton

Santa Margarita Ford makes everything so easy when it comes to the service center. I recently went to Santa Margarita Ford for a routine oil change and my 30,000 mile service. Miguel Aparicio is simply the best and made sure everything went perfectly with my service. He kept me updated on when my car would be ready and even left my car with the sales floor so I could pick up my car after the service center was closed.
