Recently took my Escape in for service. I have been using this dealership since 1999, and have purchased 5 vehicles from them now, 1 Mustang and 4 Escapes. Have also used them for service for that entire time. Duane in service always takes very good care of me and our vehicles. We all hear the terrible stories about dealerships and service, but they have always been reasonable and have done great service.
Been taking my car here since I bought it in 2007. Service is good and I get treated by caring people. The car has been dependable but I will be ready for change in a year. About the only thing I never liked about the car is the gasket around the windshield was never solid and I get wind or road noise in the car. I know it would be more quiet if this was done better.
My car was pulling it to the right, and a tire shop identified a part that needed to be replaced. The dealership did replace that part, but the original symptom is still present. **UPDATE** The tire shop from where I bought my tires confirmed that the pull in my steering is due to the tires they sold me, not the suspension. Service at Santa Margarita Ford was A+, I just misunderstood the situation.
I have just purchased my fourth car from Santa Margarita Ford and have always found them to be honest, efficient, and very competitive. I have worked with Drazen on the purchase of my past two vehicles and have been very satisfied with his level of service and commitment to getting the best deal possible. I highly recommend Drazen and SMF.
I have no experience with the sales dept at RSM Ford, but have had maintenance done by the service department. Top notch work by the mechs, and competent front desk personnel, gives me the confidence to bring my vehicle back. The rates were fair too. Thanks Ford!
