His undergraduate studies were at the University of Illinois and he graduated from Northwestern University Dental School in 1976. After graduating from Dental School he completed a general practice residency at Northwestern's V.A. Lakeside hospital with emphasis on restorative dentistry and medicine. Dr. Maryanne is such a wonderful dentist. She is excellent, professional, and always fun to see. In addition, her staff (Meredith) took care of my bruised knees when I arrived and Dr. Maryanne sent me home with a magazine to read because she felt so bad for me. Love this group! Peggy Bourke

I had a cleaning with Cheryl yesterday and could not have been happier. She is not satisfied with her own work unless each tooth is sparkling clean and completely voided of any debris, food, or tartar. I feel blessed and fortunate to have someone care to the extent that Cheryl does about the health of my mouth, teeth, and gums and my health in general as well. There is no one like her,she is very special...lucky me!!
His staff is excellent, caring and understanding. Like a family. They care about you and your well-being.
It is always such a pleasure going to Dr. Barr’s office. All of the staff is personable and friendly and takes time with you. Can’t say enough good things!!
