His undergraduate studies were at the University of Illinois and he graduated from Northwestern University Dental School in 1976. After graduating from Dental School he completed a general practice residency at Northwestern's V.A. Lakeside hospital with emphasis on restorative dentistry and medicine. Sheryl is fantastic! Terrific and thorough dental hygienist. Very caring, and acts as an advocate for her patients when necessary. And Dr. Barr is right there in the same categories. You cannot find better dental care anywhere!

Dr. Barr was terrific, he is down to earth and genuinely a good guy. He repaired my tooth with a root canal and cap, which was made right there. He has been good for me and my family for nearly 40 years.
