I don't recommend this Volvo dealer simply because they don't care to sell cars. I understand the Covid Pandemic that has crippled businesses across the country. I stopped in 3 different times, called 3 times and had correspondence through email more than 5 times. No time for me, and I wanted to buy 2 of the XC90s. I dont understand how I get blown off so many times. I have taken my business to Smyth in Summit. Prestige wont be around very long, so start out with a company that cares.

Its all about how you take care a person who walks in and deal with him with smile and care . With Covid going on, Bini and team made sure as soon as we got to the dealer we were able to test drive a few models that fit our needs without any hassle. My car is currently there and after the service email I received at 10:37 I have not be able to get a hold of anyone. I sent 3 text messages to the service manager and left two voice mails. At the 2.5 hour mark I called and told the lady what was going she transferred me to service. I eas put on hold for 9 minutes then I hung up and called again. the second time I ask if someone else could assist me because the service manager would'nt respond to text or voicemails.
