Prestige Volvo was great when they wanted my money to get a lease. Since then you've been atrocious. I can't get a call back, text back, or email back from anyone. I've done each multiple times. My saleswoman Lindsey hasn't responded to multiple messages, I still don't know how to use my car and it's been 26 days. Can't get a virtual tour of my car, or anyone to return a call. I've spoken to receptionists as well. Your customer service is the worst I've experienced from any dealer of any brand in the area

They just happened to have a Toyota 4runner which I have been wanting for years, and this particular one had all the features I was looking for, low mileage, and great cost. I had excellent customer service from start to finish. Jimmy Hanson was a pleasure to work with and made the experience a great one. The finance lady, who's name I don't remember was also a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone.
RecommendedAfter reviewing Volvo inventory and pricing across numerous Volvo dealers in the southeast, we drove 3.5 hours to Parkway to get the XC60 AWD we wanted at a great price. Tanner and Glenn (sales) and Ryan (finance) made for a smooth transaction and overall great afternoon. Pre-sale questions were answered promptly, but even more important, post sale questions to Tanner and Ryan have been answered with equal enthusiasm. Great people to deal with.

Take customers calls instead of hiding behind voicemail. I have tried to reach Paul my salesperson and Anthony the Operations Manager to no avail. They have been paid for the vehicle so they could care less. I will NEVER PURCHASE FROM VOLVO OF LOUISVILLE EVER AGAIN. I Specifically requested my tags be included in the deal and they did not do it, once they got the money for the 2020 Volvo they didn't care.
