Biniamin was very helpful, straightforward, and enjoyable to work with. He never pressured us, and he was great with our 1 year old son — or son LOVED him even though he hated car shopping. :) We bought an XC90 with promise for some upgrades and Volvo had been prompt in taking care of everything. Everyone at the shop is very friendly and accommodating. One caviat: Recommend researching your own financing before coming in to make sure you get the best rate.
