I had a great experience with Winston Felix and Tim Buffington at Sandberg. I was nervous, but they made me feel at ease. As someone who doesn't know the most about cars, they really worked with me and guided me to making the right decision. Extremely professional and kind, I would definitely recommend!
We had been looking for an SUV for over a month now. We finally decided to get an XC60 from Sandberg Volvo lynnwood after looking at almost every dealers in and around Seattle area. We worked with Jason and Jack. we went for multiple test drives and Jason was very patient throughout the whole process. Jack helped us get a great deal which we were happy with. He was very professional and not at all pushy, gave us time and space to talk and make a decision. Had a good car buying experience overall.
Biniamin was great when choosing our car. We came in one month before, but wouldn’t make up our minds then and there. Came back one month later, and he was as helpful and kind as the first time. Knew what he was talking about and gave us multiple of offers. As our car was totaled, he even came and picked us up, now that’s service! He didn’t push us, but let us take our time and after an hour we ended up with a car. We’re certainly going back to Biniamin for our next car!
