I have been trying to get in touch with the service manager as I have been having problems with the car I bought from them. My phone calls have been ignored since Friday. I am trying to get these issues resolved, yet it is difficult when the one person I need to speak to, won't return my phone calls.

Shout out to Tim, Jim and Steve at Sandberg Volvo for proving that a snow day is a perfect day to buy a convertible! Everyone was so kind and helpful. For years I’ve avoided auto dealerships because of negative experiences, but this team was great to work with. We’ve always had positive experiences with their service department as well. Now all we need is a warm sunny day for a little road trip!
The GM Tim Buffington has been very helpful through a couple of issues with a pre owned car I bought there. I highly recommend based on the way they both handled the initial transaction and how kind they've been ever since.
