Absolutely the rudest dealership I’ve ever been to. The owner of the dealership, Mr. Rob Satter raised his voice at me, threatened to call the police, and ordered me off the property due to the fact I had no appointment, and asked to be accommodated. I was the sole customer in the building. The secretary said they “Might be able to accommodate me in 4 hours. Long overdue for this.. you were the one to match me up with my fabulous ride - Goldie (2016 XC 60) and you continue to be there for me when she was stolen last week! You got me the information to give the authorities quickly. When ken and i saw another vehicle, you made the process a good experience for us!! RecommendedSuperb service and staff. I highly recommend them. Each time I have been there, I felt as if they were genuinely concerned for me and my vehicle. Service Advisor, Mark Mitterer, as well as the entire entire service staff...are very thorough and knowledgeable.
Stole $20 out of center console when getting car serviced for seatbelt recall. Shows the trustworthiness of their employees...
