Never thought you would show up with a trade-in and leave with a new vehicle the same day. Amazing service and staff. Our salesperson Biniamin Tsegay was really great in dealing with our needs at the dealership and his mobile responses were fantastic. Really helped us feel more comfortable knowing what we were getting into before arriving at the dealership. Definitely one of the best car buying experiences.

We have purchased 2 new cars from Sandberg Volvo. The first was many years ago, but Isaac took care of us this time. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell us nonsense, which I appreciated. The service department is also great, and parts is getting me a new ski rack overnight so I can go skiing this weekend! Really love my new V60 Cross Country.
Just before Christmas I was in an accident which resulted in my 2011 xc60 being a total loss. I loved that car and just wanted a comparable replacement. After an internet search of every used xc60 T6 R-design for sale in the Pacific Northwest, I settled on one on the lot at Sandberg.
