Terrible experience I purchased my car not even a month later and I already have to put 700 worth of work into my car sales people including manger really rude couldn’t speak to an actual person and get an answer it’s even more disturbing to think I spent my money in a place where I can’t get simple costumer service PS IF YOUR BLACK THEY’LL SEND YOU TO THE ONLY BLACK GUY THAT WORKS THERE

RecommendedI was treated so well. I called to see a non Volvo vehicle that was used. I really didn’t expect the staff to be so supportive of this purchase. When I made the appointment to see the vehicle they said they would have it detailed and ready for my arrival. They provided vehicle history and gave a tour of the service department. All vehicles even used and not Volvo get the free oil changes, washes, and long list of services. I love my car. I had been to MANY dealers that week no one treated me as well.

RecommendedI have always found The Autobarn of Oak Park to provide excellent service. Steve Adamik in sales is great. The service department has always provided the best customer dervice I have experienced. I recently had my car in for service and Jamir provided great communication. Robert Fellows in service is also top notch in his responsiveness. I highly recommend The Autobarn!
They are extremely slow at this location. Took five hours to complete paperwork to even purchase the car. That was my first red flag that I should have taken my business elsewhere. Called to make a service appointment and was kept on hold for 13 minutes before speaking to someone. So I shouldn’t have been shocked when I took my car in for service two weeks ago that I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a simple maintenance service when I was told it should only take an hour at the most.
