We bought a XC40 from Jim Berus and found him to be very efficient, effective, and excellent! Both Jim and Tim Buffington assisted in the transaction and, while Sandberg is a bit of a drive, their service department looks equally excellent, so I may drive there for that too.
The car buying experience was great, and the post buying experience was exceptional! The sales team with whom we dealt (Winston Felix and Ahsan Tanoli) provided us with top notch service. The management team members who further assisted us, Victor Kirlienko and Bill Tapscott, did fabulous job in addressing our concerns. Most likely our next vehicle will be a Volvo, and we plan on going back to Sandberg! We highly recommend Sandberg to our friends and family!
We had a great experience working with Biniamin Tsegay. We purchased an Acura TLX from him in February and it’s been great. He really listened to everything we wanted and did the best he could to give us exactly what we asked for. He even helped us out with a few issues we had after purchasing the vehicle and was always one text away for our assistance. We loved our experience with him and recommend you to ask for him when going into this dealership!
They are just dumb. Only one or two pics per car advertisement on Facebook. Why would anyone go there?
