I test drove a couple other cars and just fell in love with the technology of the XC90. Super excited to be driving the latest, state of the art, technology on wheels! I was fortunate to meet Biniamin Tsegay (Benny) as I walked in the door. He was low pressure and SO nice. When we decided on this car, Benny was so fun to spend a couple hours with as we were going through the purchase and delivery process. Nick Fothergill and I really enjoyed Benny. We would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Benny in particular!

This is my very first written review! We just purchased our third Volvo from Sandberg Volvo and once again we are satisfied with our new/used CX70, my first was a new S40, then a pre-owned S60. Now we are driving a really safe Volvo once again. We even save 10%on our car insurance. Shelly and DJ were excellent in helping us find the perfect Volvo, without being obnoxious salesmen. Thankyou Sandberg Volvo and a hello to Natalie in the service dept. Shes always a welcoming face!
RecommendedWe bought the Volvo XC90 at this dealership. We did a test drive with Shelley Friedman and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure at all. We felt very comfortable with her. Fares was also there to help us. Both of them were extremely friendly and took the time to explain all the details of the vehicle to us. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

I highly recommend Biniamin Tsegay if you're looking for a new vehicle! After visiting closer Volvo dealerships and being disappointed with their sale tactics I almost gave up on purchasing the XC90. We worked with Fouad Fares to purchase a new xc60. He was knowledgable and a solid communicator (email, text, phone), and most importantly did not waste our time. We were clear with what we wanted and he worked with us to make it a possibility. Fares was personable, professional, and respectful and closed the deal within 4 hours of our ideal car showing up on Sandberg's lot. Having shopped around a bit, we chose to do business with Fouad Fares and are very satisfied with our purchase and the experience.
