I came into Sandberg Volvo to get my oil changed and to find out what was going on with my transmission. I found out I needed a new transmission. Initially, I was misinformed that it would be around 2500$ for a replacement only to find out it would cost over 9200$ Huge difference but everyone there has been very nice. Tim was able to have my oil change fee waived and put me in a loaner car. My Transmission repair is going to cost 5000$ with a lifetime warranty which beats the 9200$ estimate. Jim and Steve both did a fantastic job working on the financing on my car! I could not have been more pleased! They were both very respectable and personable and made every effort to ensure that my fiance and I were comfortable, and that we truly did get into the right car! They are currently working in some tight quarters while the building is being remodeled, but they treat you so well that you hardly even notice that you are sitting in a "mobile office".
