Sandberg Volvo has the best employees in sales and service. The service department is very professional and attentive to the needs of both our Volvos. They keep us running beautifully without the wait or frustration. We appreciate Natalie and Damascus' help very much!

I drove here from Federal Way on my birthday to just to take a look and to see if I liked a Volvo I had been researching. Tim greeted us at the door with a warm enthusiastic smile and made us feel welcome. The service was amazing! It has been over a month since I went home with a new car and we are still receiving his great service!! I have become a Volvo driver for life now and will always refer friends and family to this dealership.
I know it seems weird to actually like a dealership, but these guys have always been great. I own an older Volvo and their service department is always quick to troubleshoot any issues I've had, has (free) loaner cars, and has even tried to talk me out of work they felt I didn't need. Quite the opposite experience I had with Barrier where I bought my car.
Had a terrific experience with these folks! Fixed me right up. I know where to go should troubles arise. (I probably won't be seeing much of them...)
Never had a bad interaction here. Bought my car from them a few years ago, no pressure and no fuss. I've had that car for 5+ years and 60,000 miles and always try to bring it back here for service, the only times I couldn't (when working out of state) I regretted it. Oil change is the same price as all the quicky-lube places (or less) and the result is always better, and includes things like topping off fluids, general safety check, and more!
