Joined a Pilates Class with Erica last night it was amazing the best I have ever done with anybody / her attention to detail ensuring everybody keeps their posture, explaining how to do squats, extra mat for your back to support it, the extra weights at the end was a killer. I know Erica has done Rehab but honestly she is just brilliant
