My family and I stayed at the Sand Bay Holiday Flats for several years in the early '80s. I chose these flats for a holiday with my wife and our children, hoping to create fond memories and a deep attachment to the beautiful town of Perranporth, a romantic beach resort. Unfortunately, our visit to Sand Bay Holiday Flats was deeply disappointing. As an independent owner I would like to say how sorry I was to read the terrible reviews of some flats at Sand Bay. We, and the other independent owners, spend time and money to ensure that the accommodation is comfortable, well equipped and, most importantly, cleaned to a very high standard between guests. We would recommend that all bookings are made through Aspects Holidays. You might pay a little more but you will find that it is worth every penny.
