It's great if you want to walk to campus or the square! The front office is always friendly and offers free coffee and snacks which is convenient for starving students. Management is alright and could handle certain situations better than they have in the past.
It’s a very cozy and well managed place to live. I never worry about anything here Because I know they always have this place under control. Their staff are always doing something to make this place better and you can’t get that from every apartment complex. These guys know what their doing and I love it here.
Love it here. We have the best gym out of all the apartment complexes and the staff really does have great care for its residents. Would recommend this complex to anyone.
I absolutely love living at Sanctuary Lofts! The location is great, as I can walk to campus in under 15 minutes, plus we have a HEB right down the street. The managers are wonderful people who really do want the best for their residents; they make me feel at home � I've lived here for almost a year, and I've already made the decision to renew for next year. The maintenance is attentive, and the staff at the front desk are always smiling. They make an effort to know my name and ask about my day. The location to the Square and it’s proximity to campus are perfect! I recommend Sanctuary Lofts to any student looking for a great apartment in San Marcos.
Sanctuary is awesome! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I’m so glad to call this place home. From maintenance to management, the staff makes sure you’re accommodated in every way.

This is my first semester at Sanctuary Lofts, and my first apartment as well. Moving in was an easy process, and I was hooked as soon as I moved in. I love my apartment, and my resident director, and all the staff here; they care about my quality of life, and love helping and creating events for the residents!
