RecommendedI would like to thank Sanctuary Lofts maintenance and Staff department for making my daughter moving experience enjoyable. On behalf of the ladies living and soon to live in apartment #1315 many thanks for addressing the washer machine issue by replacing it for a brand new machine this morning and for fixing promptly the AC with coolant. Great to know our young adults are well taken care in their apartments.

AC does NOT work properly and ants come out of bathtub faucet when I turn it on. Apartment reached a high of 87 degrees. Regularly at 82 degrees. Internet not working as I type this review, using phone data.
UPDATE: FIRE ALARMS NEED TO BE TESTED. I resigned a short-term lease thinking things would be better with new management and because my rent went down significantly. Already regretting it. Fire alarms were already faulty, I bet they were tampered with by maintenance while I was out of town instead of taken care of. I went out of town and came back to one of the fire alarms ripped out of the wall. The other one started going off in the middle of the night. Great and Simple barracks style apartments! My son's 2nd year transfer in from UMHB and changing to Chemical engineer. It'll teach him even better to continue and grow as a young man. 4 guys that will either be the best of friends or the worst of acquaintances!! Life!!! He'll love it!!
I’m impressed with the management at Sanctuary! The community assistants and managers have been friendly, attentive and thorough. They care about their tenants personal experience at Sanctuary. I’m excited to move in!
Don’t live here unless you want to be walking distance of the school and HEB. They are over priced and the amenities don’t match the dollar amount. They only have good reviews because they provide free Chic-fil-a upon filling out their survey. I just had a situation were my roommate filled out I a maintenance request which they fulfilled; however, the maintenance woman I request not to enter my bed space did so without permission, notice, or a maintenance request of my own. a year ago this place was fantastic BUT NOW it sucks! I haven't had a hot shower in 2 weeks and seems like they don't even care or have any intention to fix it... Not only that but we had to pay for our own pest control to come take care of the infestation of ants, the apartment was filthy when we moved into the new unit, and if you need something fixed in a timely manner then you better just fix it yourself!
Will the Internet ever improve? Sanctuary Lofts advertise free cable and Wi-Fi. Though, this is the worst connection around campus. It is hard to complete school work when you're interrupted with mysterious internet outages and ridiculously slow connection. If you want to be productive, you are better of scrounging off the Texas State visitor Wi-Fi. #sanctuarylofts
