I've been here two years and I really don't have any complaints. It's nice to be able to walk to class in less than 15 minutes, the amenities are really nice, the staff come within a few hours to fix any maintenance that you need done, and the office staff are all really nice. There are way more pros here then there are cons and I've renewed for the next year because it's enjoyable here. The only minor issue is the price of the apartment but I think the location and everything the apartment comes with makes up for it
Love this place. I lived at the retreat last year but decided to move to sanctuary this year and I’m so glad I did. Everything is in walking distance! Classes, HEB, and the Square I just resigned for next year and am trying to talk my friends into staying here as well
Sanctuary Lofts has one of the best locations in San Marcos. Right next to the Square and an HEB. Campus is also right around the corner. Great staff and maintenance crew as well!
Everything is walking distance which saves time and gas. Campus up the hill, HEB less then 10min walk, gym with 2 floors so you won't ever feel cramped working out. The square is walking distance too! My favorite is waffle Wednesdays😁 You can make your own waffle and their are plenty of options for toppings. Best staff I've experienced so far thus living in SM. And I said yes to another year 🏽
Sanctuary was a great place to stay! It’s walking distance to campus and the staff is friendly and helpful. Work orders are fixed really fast as well. My room is a bit small for the price I think, but you’re paying for proximity to campus as well as the lovely staff.
Lived here for 1 year in 2 bed 2 bath, and ive loved it so far, the rooms are spacious, I have way more closet space than i know what to do with, plenty of room in the central area as well. However, the biggest upside is the proximity to campus, most students have to drive or ride the bus to campus, but Sanctuary Lofts is close enough that its only a 5 minute walk for me.
Ive been here for almost two years and have had little to no complaints at all. Each semester they have improved when it comes to maintenance situations. Very convenient place when it comes to class, HEB, and the square. Ive had the chance to meet almost all the staff and let me say, they truly care about their residents and want to make sure we’re all well taken care of. Even sent me a birthday card ha. 5/5 apartment complex.
Sanctuary Lofts is great! They have very friendly people at the front desk and maintenance is VERY responsive! They come the next day and then you get a follow text asking if the problem still remains. They do a great job taking care of the property! I like how they notify you when you get a package! They are philanthropic trying to give back to San Marcos. They did a canned food drive and coat drive during the winter. For what you pay, it's a great bargain.
