Sanctuary lofts is a very convenient place to live, I appreciate how close it is to campus especially when I decide to hit the snooze button a few too many times. I also think we have one of the best gyms in San Marcos. I would for sure recommend living here primarily for the location and the mostly friendly staff.
I moved into Sanctuary lofts in August and have enjoyed it so far. The maintenance staff are very responsive and helpful and respond quickly to work orders. If you have an issue, the front desk staff do their best to help you. Includes a nice study room with computers and a printer and free coffee in the front office. It's location is hard to beat because it's conveniently located near campus and the square. Overall it has been a good experience with the exception of the mediocre internet.

Love living here. The staff are so friendly and are always quick to meet accommodations and maintenance needs. They’re always having unique events and giving away free food. The space is great and the closet is huge! The location is great, only takes 5 minutes for me to walk to my classes, and only a 1 minute walk to HEB. Having the parking garage is also really convenient. Nothing bad to say about living at Sanctuary Lofts!
I have been living here for a year and a half now and I love it! The maintenance always handles any problems really fast, usually within hours after I call the front office. The staff that works here are all really chill. The buildings are kept clean in the hallway. The gym,pool, study room and game room are really nice and you can't beat the location. The staff are very and very helpful. The rooms are nice and modern. There's free Starbucks which I love everyday and Waffle Wednesdays. SO GREAT!!!
I love living here. It has great facilities, it’s nice and close to campus, and the staff is always hard-working and friendly!
