Bat killers, get educated and use humane methods to remove pollinators!

You should be ashamed for your cruelty to the colony of bats you murdered. They died slowly, dehydrated and starving, some dying stuck in the foam you installed! There are humane options to re-home bats, and you were contacted with enough time to save them but you didn't. Shameful. Your management should be persecuted for animal cruelty.

You're behavior is deplorable. Bats are an essential part of the Eco system and can be removed humanely, if you only you care a little bit. -- The Bats and your Tenants, deserve better. I can't imagine what it's going to smell like in a couple of weeks, from a bunch of rotting bats that were trapped and left to starve to death.

I moved in here for my Fall semester including 3 other new roommates. Disgusting filthy and unhygienic was the condition of the living room. The microwave had dried food stuck in there for months. The refrigerator had dog hair all over the place and the oven seemed like it had been used for more than 15 years. Totally burnt and smelled horrible. Management doesn't care at all. Instead they ask us students to pay $100 to get it cleaned. Aren't we paying an exorbitant price already that y'all are asking for more money?

I haven't moved in yet but I already have a bad impression of this place. I requested a certain roommate and she requested me as well but we didn't get placed together. The moment we saw that we weren't placed together we informed them and they said they would try to put us together. It's been over a month and we've been constantly calling saying that they would get the leasing manager to call us back which NEVER happened. Now they're telling us it's too late to switch apartments as if we haven't been requesting this for a w... read more
