I am absolutely obsessed with Sanctuary Lofts. The location is great- right by Texas State University and downtown. My room is so comfy and just the perfect size for any college student. And the staff are amazing! They are so nice and fix any problem I have within a day or two. I can't say enough good things about this place. If I was planning on living in San Marcos another year, I definitely would have renewed my lease.
Love living in Sanctuary Lofts, it's so close to campus and HEB is just a walk away which is so convenient! Maintenance always comes super fast and are always very friendly. Great place to live overall!
Sanctuary Lofts is the best place to live for a student! It's walking distance to campus and the management is very helpful and nice every time I come in. I definitely recommend checking it out :)
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!I will not be resigning my lease. The apartments are old and run down. The rooms and living space are very very small for the price of living here. The utilities are sky high. Parking is horrible (and they're going to start charging for that), They do not allow pets. There is absolutely no guest parking ever. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in your apartment and outside. So far my daughter hasn't complaint. She has nice roommates. My only complaint is there are overcharging these students. For the price of that 1 room,that can get an apartment all to themselves. Plus their payment plan doesn't help either. You would think they would make it affordable fo college students..
