Honestly, Sanctuary Lofts is a very nice complex to live at if you are attending Texas State. It is a short walking distance away from campus and it is still affordable, especially for us college students! This is my second year re-signing and I quite enjoy residing here. The staff at Sanctuary Lofts are all friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this apartment for any future Bobcats or Bobcats looking for a safe, quiet, and fun place to reside!
I love it here! The location is perfect and close to campus & downtown San Marcos. The maintenance staff is so friendly and quick. We have a great parking garage, that never gets full so residents don't have to worry about not finding a spot! Overall a great spot, recommend to anyone!
This is my third year in a row resigning here. I absolutely love it! You are in a fantastic location. It's about a 6 minute walk to campus and about 8 minutes to the square! I have lived in a 4 bedroom and an efficiency. The four bedroom was the perfect size and my efficiency is beautiful. The staff here are extremely helpful and very nice. Maintenance, is awesome! I have never had to wait longer than a few hours for them to come when I needed them. Overall, great place to live and I recommend it to anyone!

I have lived in Sanctuary Lofts for 3 years, and it saddens me greatly to be leaving in May. Affordable housing right next to campus. The rooms are accommodating and the front desk and maintenance staffs are timely and friendly. They have top notch facilities as well! Their gym, pool, study rooms, and game room are always kept clean and the constantly have activities for the community to participate in. 5/5 Stars. I would live here again.
I am going into my 3rd lease here at Sanctuary Lofts and I believe I made the right decision by signing and staying here! It is quiet, a short walk to campus and Management is quick to respond to needs and always celebrates it's residents!
