This apartment complex is perfect if you're looking to live near campus. It's only a couple steps from Texas State and also from The Square. It's a very calm and friendly community. The staff at Sanctuary Lofts do an amazing job at keeping their residents happy.
Great staff and management. The place is kept very clean and it's a very secure and quiet place. The best part is the free covered parking and the location- so close to everything! I definitely reccomend living here.
I would not recommend you to live here, they are terrible at roommate matching and they put you with people who clearly you do not fit with! I would like to know how they choose who rooms with who. The only thing my roommates and I have in common is that we are all juniors. All the appliances in the apartment are crappy and it takes forever to get someone to come fix them. The front office has lost my rent check and utilities more than once!!! Only good thing about living here was that it was a close walk to campus.
Can't beat the distance to campus for you the money
The staff is phenomenal and so close to campus. Also stained glass and exposed brick. Enough said.
