They Really Started My Journey in Photography I come here for all my camera needs. I even come here sometimes just for advice on how to shoot. I'm 19 and when I walk in I ALWAYS get greeted. Good for Students Samy's camera has a wide variety of things to buy and rent for photography. I have purchased quite a few things from them from paper to lighting equipment and I have always been pleased. A lot of their stuff is being geared toward digital photography so they don't always have the widest selection for analog (but they still do offer things). WOW! Came in the other day during one of their big sales. WOW! This place can get busy! I was actually impressed at just how good the service was considering how busy it was. There must have been about a dozen or so salespeople to help out at least 50 customers. And yet the salesperson I dealt with was courteous, friendly, helpful and I felt that he was an expert at what he was talking about.
A great place.... Wow is this place great. Four floors of fantastic stuff. I was just looking and the staff were helpful. I ended up getting a new tripod. A Manfrotto and so far so good. I am already wanting a ball head, the salesman said I might, but I was not sure if he was just trying to sell me one. It turns out he was right. If my wife lets me spend some more I can't wait to go back and have fun with the toys.
