Customer beware of fraud, waste and abuse. "BEWARE: Stay Away- They are Liars and Thieves- The office manager Melissia cant get her stories straight. The Dentist have no idea what they are doing. Had to go back 5 times to do a crown and each time was a total mess still going on 2 months with a temporary that they permanently cemented in. Went to 3 other dentist to try and fix this mess and they wont touch it. They say its botched dental work. Bunch of money hungry lying thieves...
They have lot of new equipment such as laser and will try to use it on you. They will initially tell insurance covers it and when it does not cover you have to pay for it. They send you bill and do not follow up with insurance instead make you do it. Also, each time nurse changes and so it is not consistent.
I travel say 45 miles one way for all my dental needs. Why? It's worth the trip. A friend referred them long ago. David Rowe is an excellent dentist. Tells it like it is. The staff at Paradise Dental are very professional and friendly. Very little wait time if any. They've got it down pat. Very pleased with every aspect of dental care I have received. Highly recommend.
After Dr. Springmann retired, I started seeing Dr. Flores. I was concerned because Dr. Springmann was so fabulous. Well, Dr. Flores is just as fabulous! She took excellent care of my teeth and crowns. I had developed a difficult issue w/ my crowns and was seriously damaging my front teeth crowns that were only 2-years old. I really appreciate meeting a staff of Professional Dentist/Staff. I received shots today and had no reaction and the dentist is extremely thoughtful, attentive to the patient(s) needs, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Dr. Alexandra Patil need the remedial course for bedside manners. I'm a new patients at the practice, Dr. Alexandra Patil walks into the room does not speak, rushes through out appointment, she does not build rapport and immediately refers out. My entire experience was horrible. I left in extreme pain of toothache. A Complete waste of time spent.
I really like the dentist, Laura Martinson, at Dental Care of Bellevue, but the scheduling procedure needs a lot of work. My son had an appointment yesterday, which I had made more than a month ago. When I arrived, the receptionist could not find him in the system at all. Needless to say, they had no record of his appointment. They could not get me in that day, and I booked another appointment for him in two months (the soonest they could get him in on a Monday-Wednesday). I've seen quite a few people already say this- make sure they don't make you do things you don't need and always make sure your insurance will cover. They used to be great, but now it's all about churning out the patients. When they refuse to acknowledge that something is their mistake and their issue and they still insist on charging the patient (when it's their shoddy work and/or materials that caused the issue), that's all I need to know about their lack of care.
