I was scheduled for a 7 am dental appointment on November 29th, 2021 to replace two temporary fillings from a resent root canal. These were to be replaced within two weeks of the root canal being finished. I arrived to the Franklin Forward Dental office at 6:45 am. After siting there for 45 minutes, I was told that my appointment was canceled due to the dentist not coming in because her assistant was not available. Had my last lower 6 teeth removed & casted for a lower denture. Have had MANY adjustments made but Dentures don't seem to fit properly & have some pain/discomfort while ONLY wearing...MUCH WORSE when trying to eat. Also, have recently gotten a bone spur or a broken tip of a tooth that was extracted protruding from my gums. Doctor's office said it would evindually work itself out but this is only one of the areas causing me pain.

This office doesn't not communicate well with patients. We switched from another dentist to Fusion Dental for proximity reasons during the pandemic but have only had bad experiences with them. We are going right back to our dentist in Silver Spring, MD. It is worth the drive! They didn't bother to give us treatment plans, not only that they wanted you to do other procedures even before the one you initially went there for. I have been to this office twice for cleanings, having just moved here one year ago. Called Wednesday, because I had a terrible toothache. They never called back. Called again four hours later, again, NO ONE called me back. Got an appointment with another dentist as an emergency, and I have a bad abscess. I will never see these dentists again!!

They don’t know how to complete insurance paperwork. I had two teeth pulled and two PPO dental insurances. I paid what I was quoted at the office visit and over two years later I get a bill in the mail for the remainder because they didn’t file the claim right. I can’t go back and work with the insurance company because I only have two years to work the claim.

We have been going to Duvall Dental since it opened. They have a marvelous, professional, and competent staff. They make you feel like you are part of their family. We love them and would never change. They truly care about you as an individual and it’s so comfortable to go there. Love our Shanna, Kaira and of course Dr Chen. ♥️

I had a GREAT experience at this Dental office. They were able to get me in on the day that I called for some issues that were having. All of the stall were very kind, courteous and professional. Dr. Kimbrough is very knowledgeable, thorough and I see that he cares for his patients. I highly recommend Carterville Dental Center

As someone who takes "experience" seriously, I can attest that Dr. Mercke and his staff make a concerted effort to ensure patients clearly understand health conditions, treatment options, and maximal comfort. I LOVE going back to Dr. Mercke and the team because they are authentic individuals who genuinely care for their patients and want the very best for them. It's all about the experience and Dr. Mercke and staff deliver time and again.

I had a really great experience here! JC, spent so much time with me going over and explaining everything she was doing and why. She also gave me a lot of helpful tips, such as switching to alcohol free mouthwash. She was just so kind, I have had other dentists make me feel so bad about my sporadic flossing that I end up not flossing at all because I feel like what's the point, but JC was understanding and encouraging. Really recommend this practice!
