My most recent dental experience at Dr. Davis's office was as delightful as always. Dr. Davis, and his entire staff, have never failed to make each visit a most comfortable and pleasant experience.He is an amazing person who is both gifted and caring. I am pleased to be a patient under his care.

If i could give no stars I would. The staff that I spoke with on the phone set up my appointment. When I got there they wanted me to pay out of pocket saying they dont accept my insurance then turned me away after telling me 3 separate times on the phone that they accept my insurance. Horrible place inconsistent and rude. Beware.

I scheduled a non-emergent appt and confirmed with staff that the practice was in network with my dental plan; this was also verified on my insurance website. The staff scheduled me with a non-participating dentist then billed me for the charges claiming the dentist I saw is out of network.

The worst experience I have had in dental place , I scheduled an appointment For dental treatment, They before appointment I received text to confirm the appointment I replay back “please chancel “ and receive a BILL by mail to paid them $100 cancellation fee

I visited JC Dental Excellence in Dec of 2018. I was seeking services for full dental implants. I had visited another dentist prior and was not comfortable with the timing of the procedure. I have failing teeth and DID NOT want traditional dentures. The thought of taking teeth in and out of my mouth was way too much for me to wrap my head around - emotionally. Wow! What a friendly environment! I was especially impressed with the front desk. Josie was super friendly to me, as well as being very professional! I was a little bit nervous prior to coming in to the dental office, but that all changed, as I became very relaxed due to the excellent treatment that I received there. Josie is a great multitasker, as she was doing it all by herself! Kudos to Key West Crossing! I will be a lifelong patient there.
