I was very happy with the staff and the dentists. I have referred them previously and will continue to do so.
I have been going to Longwood Family Dentistry for over 20 years, I will no longer be a patient. I had an outstanding invoice that they sent to collections without contacting me. They claimed to have called and sent mail and I had been to the office 2x for my cleanings since the claim of the owed $$ and no one said a word about an outstanding balance. Had I know it would have been paid immediately, no solution was offered and told me basically I was out of luck. Extremely disappointed.
Dr Greg has a 5 star rating from me because he has been incredible in a number of ways! His one hygienist and office manager leave a lot to be desired!
Sadly, their service regarding seniors and people with Medicare or Medicaid insurance is totally unsatisfactory. I used their service in October 2021 with Medicare advantage plan. The technicians and dentists were great. Scheduled routine exam am cleaning for. MARCH 2022. I changed Medicare advantage plan in January but plan indicated Dental Care of Pflugerville was in network. Received text one week before to remind. After the first call they worked amazing hard to get me in for a consult. They were able to get me in earlier on Tuesday because of the emergency and painful nature. I was given a referral to an oral surgeon but they didn’t take my insurance. My wife called around found someone that does take my insurance, so I called at 2pm the next day on Wednesday to have the referral and X-rays sent to the oral surgeon. Performed a routine cleaning, labeled it "periodontal" and charged me $125. Lexi got nowhere near my gums, let alone under them. I've had the identical procedure done by multiple dentists over many years and they were all covered by the same insurance at no charge. Beware deceptive billing practices and get the bill before you get in the chair.
Just saw Dr Dong as a new patient. Go to him if you want to be referred to a specialist and receive no treatment in the interim
My experience was horrible, I had scheduled additional procedure, however, after careful thinking i decided against doing it at Aberdeen Dental. I was charged twice for the same procedure and it took a while for me to recover that money Painful procedure was being performed inside my mouth without prior explanation, I had to interrupt the process and ask for explanation.
