Most professional and friendly staff I’ve seen. Dr. Hackett is really good and his hygienist Jenny cleans my teeth the best they’ve ever been cleaned. So thorough, I come out of there knowing my teeth are clean and healthy. If your looking for a good dentist office I highly recommend this office. Vicki Rustay

I was a patient there for 5 years and I credit the dental hygienist Lisa for saving my teeth. The past 8 months I've had to reschedule my appointment twice because of office errors. I had my second rescheduled appointment double booked therefore cancelled. Even though I have email and text messages confirming the appointment the receptionist refuses to believe me. I would give this place ZERO STARS if I could, in fact negative a billion. Dr. G agreed to extract all four of my wisdom teeth for which he said he was supposed to sedate me but when I got there he was totally unable to even get an IV into me properly so he just decided to do it anyway with absolutely NO SEDATION period. I had never had my teeth pulled before so I had no idea how horrid of a choice that was on his part. Horrible service. They constantly cancel without notification. They tell customers they tried to call but didn't. They confirm appointments and when you show up you're told you have to reschedule. Don't waste your time. They don't even pretend to care. Give another company your time, energy, and money. 0 stars if possible.

When i showed up for my appt at 1pm I was told that i had to reschedule because they gave my appointment away. I was very upset! I have paid them lots of money in the past and was always on time for my appointments. When i talked to the business manager she told me it was my fault because they had my old phone number when trying to confirm my appt and couldn't reach me. But they have my address and email. lol! I was told over the phone that emergency services were provided but the earliest they can see me on Monday afternoon.. When I got there I was already 2 days with no sleeping and 3 days with no food, I asked if they can give me phone number for root canal doctor since they do it in their office, receptionist said I had to wait, I was like ok, I am drinking my water since that slightly helps with pain cause Tylenol stop working 2 days ago. Everyone is very friendly, professional and they truly care. Easy to get an appointment when I had a tooth break. They even called me in early when they had a cancellation. No pain at all when administering the novacaine or through the whole filling procedure. Dr. Rainwater and Brittany explained everything thoroughly and listened to my questions. Rachel made the check out process painless and fun. A truly rare dental experience every time I come here!

Absolutely do NOT believe these reviews. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist. You will just be lied to multiple times. I had a treatment plan and I went to this office EIGHT times within SEVEN weeks. After the first visit I went back and got a temporary crown that was so painful, I had to return days later. Even after I left again, it still hurt. When I got my permanent crown, I paid my fee and left. Then proceeded to come to more visits and get more work done.
