I took my 2 year old grandaughter here today for the first time. I was delighted at how well equipped the play area is. The main play frame was much bigger than I expected and there are lots of other toys available too. She enjoyed pushing the baby dolls around in prams as much as scrambling and sliding round the play area. We had lunch there which was nice and very reasonably priced. Well where do I start.. My disabled child has attended here since been a baby. She's now 4 and took her here today with it been school holidays. Upon arrival the atmosphere didn't seem the same. I was then confronted by the extremely RUDE 'new manager' who refused to give her name or details, asking why my child didn't have any socks on and in her words 'do you have a pound to buy socks'. The best soft play area I've ever been too, lovely and clean, lovely and warm, staff are lovely, toilets are clean, food and drinks are responsibly priced, it's not over crowded, my 10 month old little boy had an amazing time will definitely be returning regularly. Everything about Sam's space is great there's nothing not to like 😀

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We had a party for our twins there yesterday and the staff went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. Our daughter is autistic and can get overwhelmed. Jade made sure the sensory room was available for us and that there weren't too many kids in at one time. She also took the time to show Lily the party room and make sure she was happy with things the lights and removed the balloon arch as she's scared of balloons.
