We bought a 1/2 sheet cake for birthday/anniversary/Easter party on 3/26/16 ,it stated that it was 1/2 sheet marble white buttercream cake. When we cut it it was actually a devil food cake , which I'm not that fond of, needless to say I was very disappointed. We have been buying our cakes there for several years & this was the first time this has happened.
Exceptional experience! South Paulding High School Special Needs students visited the store for a Community Based Instruction trip. The marketing staff, led by Monica was PHENOMENAL! They treated us like VIPs. The kids enjoyed a tour of the store, learned about different jobs and and met the employees. They fed us a wonderful lunch and desert too! Thank Monica and your team for going above and beyond to accommodate our students and teachers. Sam's is AWESOME!
00000 5 big fat zeros! Customer service sucks. Need more WHITE EMPLOYEES!!! There is a cashier her name is CHRISTINE, this blk cashier talked at me like i was probally one of her bastard children. Rude as she can be and deserves to be fired for this. I'm taking this all the way to the top. Attention: Store manager shit rolls down hill, be talking to you soon.
My husband & I want to thank Sam's Club & especially Sherry for everything they did for him on Sat. Feb. 13th when he passed out in the store. They were right there instantly to help. Sam's Club put the needs of people first. Again, a big thank you to all.

Holy smokes! I have tried 3 times (1 in person an 2 on the phone) to get my battery warranty issue resolved with SAMs Club. Each time I've been given the runaround and been attacked verbally! I really liked SAMs Club before this, but now I don't really want to ever go in there again. Even when I talked to a manager she refused to listen to what was happening. She (the manager) talked to me like I wasn't important and like she couldn't wait to get off the phone. She had no interest in working towards a resolution for the prob... read more
ZERO stars. Horrible customer service. Shuts down registers when lines are wrapped around the front with total disregard to how long customers have been waiting. No managers to be found. Walked out and left a couple hundred dollars worth of groceries sitting in the cart (along with other frustrated customers).
Lack of cashiers at checkout!!!! Why have so many?
