Why why why do you guys not answer your phones?! I live within 2 of your stores and customer service nevet pick up? Douglasville nor Hiram, ga stores!
Went to self check out with 3 items 2 were marked down. Employee at self checkout didn't know how to price override. So I had to go to regular register which at 1 o'clock they only had 2 open with several people who had basket that were overflowing. After waiting about 10 mins for price check for the customer in front of me. I finally get checked out and I'm walking to my car thinking the amount was high. I look at my receipt to see that the employee didn't price override the 2 items. Now I've got to go back in to deal with ... read more
Love our Sams / however it appears they carry lots less than the Daytona Beach FL store .....Bakery is really lacking goodies ....PLUS all the ground beef was gone ...not a package of any ground meat .....only 3 PM....
Terrible service. One register open. Long lines!!!
got a wonderful cake that they decorated while I waited and it only took a few minutes. Tasted wonderful!
If you mark something at a price honor that price for what the paper says even when one of your employees verifies the price.
