SO DISGUSTED WITH "SAM'S CLUB ONLINE." I ORDERED AN 80IN TV, HAD TO WAIT 2-3 WEEKS TO FINALLY GET. OPENED THE BOX AND WTH! THE SCREEN IS CRACKED IN NOT 1 BUT 2-3 PLACES! I then called Sam's to see what could be done and they say, "Well, we can only refund your money to you. We will have to put in an order to schedule a time and date to come pick it up, wait until its received in the warehouse then another 5-10 days to give refund." WOW! WTH! again! This is the WORST Sam’s Club ever. Received a broken TV that ordered online. Gary, the “asset protection manager”, absolutely refused to exchange it. I waited 3 weeks to get it to begin with and then was told I would have to wait for an email, wait for a pickup, and wait for a new one. The item was in stock in the store. This is why Amazon kicks your ass, you don’t make use of your stores and people like Gary have 0 interest in helping customers. Obviously Gary hasn’t heard of “the member must win”. My husband went to pick up my daughter from work in snowstorm tonight. We are in a state of emergency. He wanted to get her before dark. Because everyone else in her dept. left early she was only one working and they wouldn't give her any help to close up, the roads ended up becoming impassable back home. Sam's let employees stay inside overnight but handed my husband hand warmers and told him he had to leave.
