I went in to order contact lenses, the worker was with a pt but she did not acknowledge me. I was also offended by a cashier in full conversation with a customer who had already checked out. The older white gentlemen in front of me thanked me for reminding the cashier that we were wait him to be checked out..

This is the worst Sam's that I've been too. The optical center is terrible! As for the rest of the store it's a mess! I've experienced rude employees & called the store manager & she was even worse!

I'm glad to see I'm not the only person that is frustrated with this place. The optical center in there sucks. The old lady in there is very rude and looks pissed off at the whole world. They don't explain things to you very well either. My son has been waiting on his glasses foever which he desperately needs due to having bad headaches because of his eyes. I called the manager and that was a waste of time he basically told me everything I already knew. I will definelty not be going back there and this was my first and last ... read more

Beyond frustrated! When you place an order and then you are told in person by a manager they would have it ready this morning (Saturday morning) because it was suppose to be ready yesterday (Friday) only to find out this morning after an hour of waiting the order got cancelled 2 days ago and I was never notified!!!!!
