I just walked out of the store and I am upset with the new policy of the customers needing to stay on the right side and the cart goes on the left side. The employee Damont, basically tried to tell me to walk away from my two children that were in the cart. That SHOULD NOT be something you say to a customer, especially a mom with TWO kids. I for sure will NOT be back on my own with ANY child.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location. Spoke to a supervisor and an assistant manager recently and they were rude and nowhere near accommodating. This is even when you speak to them first thing in the morning before they are hit with having to deal with the daily rush of customers! Will not revisit this location!
Attempted to purchase a lift chair for my elderly grandmother from the pharmacy. After walking back across the store to customer service twice, and having the associate call for service twice, and waiting an excessive amount of time, we decided to give up. On the way out, I informed the customer service desk that no one had shown and I would take my business elsewhere. She asked me to inform the manager, who was standing nearby. They have good prices for people with a famiy, me personally no. I did find some items I did buy. I love that a give food samples out also. Over all I would recommend shopping at the store .
