RecommendedGreat place. I love the priced & quantities but they have the wrong price on their wine & haven't fixed it in 2 weeks even though I brought it to their attention.

Trying to call Sam's Hiram ALL DAY today to find out how to replace a lost Business class membership and no one will answer the phone! SO frustrating when you one or two simple questions! I have a police report and everything. So unprofessional. Love Sam's, love this location, but good grief.
When the ONE open register has 15 people in line, with multiple employees (including managers) standing nearby talking, it should not take your customers complaints to open another register. I understand there is self check out, however, some people don’t like to do that and others, like myself, pay cash. I know employees weren’t getting. Their breaks but then management needs to step up and take over. They opened two more registers only to close them after doing 2 orders each. Their customer service absolutely sucks. You can call and call and they never answer their phone. I called 12 times from 6:00 until 8:13 pm and never not once did they answer. Managers aren’t any better.
I am assuming no one is working today??? I've tried to call the store four times on every extension with no such luck. I tried to have my questions answered by your website but was unable.
Strangest places I ever got fuel never again!!! I am a grown up been pumping my own fuel since I was 12 trust me I know how to do it I do not need to be told!! Something as simple as returning my debit card to my wallet and I get told I have to stay with it. Well duh! Who don’t ? Enjoy that 50$ it will be the last. Fuel light only reason I stopped today but at least I know why I stick with my norm!!
I am highly, HIGHLY upset with the service I received at sams club tire center today. After stopping in for a balance and rotation I get my car back to find it driving worse than I took it in as. I was able to take a video to show the tech. But After talking with a technician I was told “ I didn’t work on your car. It’s not my problem”. I fought arm and leg to get a manager to even speak to me. Let alone address the issue. After 5 hours Kauffman tire was able to replace a tire that should have been addressed at sams to begin... read more
