I loved the customer service and the variety of products.
NEVER use the Club Pick-up. Waited for over 15min before finally finding someone for them to tell me no one is ever there to monitor when you check-in. You have to check-in & then find someone to bring you your order. Total waste of time!

My mom and I were there yesterday and trying to hurry so we could get my dog from the vet after having surgery and the lady at the photo department (I believe her name was Sharon, or somewhere along those lines) was so, very kind to us from start to finish. First we had to print a picture and she was absolutely wonderful and enthusiastic about helping. Just like Walmart, all these cash registers, but no personnel !! The cashier made a mistake, and there is only one person at Member Services. What a shame !! Will be late for work !!
