I tried the pick up service and it was horrible. We went to the desk as told to pick up our order and Three employees could not find the order. Two of them were eating corn twists and licking their fingers and when we asked a question they informed us that they were off the clock. I asked for a manager and when he came he said he was sorry and this was not the first time for this. they fund my order and said they are sorry and they would take care of this. Came in today to pick up our online order. It was not ready as the confirmation email stated. We had placed a second online order to be picked up at a later time. Liz, who is EXTREMELY RUDE said we would have to wait because there was someone in front of us. That was ok, I understand that. She then proceeded to pull BOTH of my orders when we specifically told her there we were only there for one. She just said suce we had 2, she pulled 2. The order I was here to get was for work. I'm so so mad right now!!! Sam's club will not cover the damages done to my van. One day while I was waiting on my grocery pick up at Walmart a cart from Sam's came flying down the hill and crashed into the side of the van. It caused so much damage. Why did the manager of Sam's act like they would cover it not now they won't. They have insurance for this it's not fair for me to file it on mine.
I have had nothing but bad experiences at the Bartlett store since I began my membership in January. I tried calling customer service to discuss my issues only to be hung up on, then I tried talking to someone in membership services today about another poor customer service experience only for her to say "okay" before I finished talking and then turn and talk to another employee and ignore me the rest of the time.
