Waited almost 20 ( bc cafe said 15 minutes) to pick up my pizza, then once arriving find out they didn't even put my pizza in bc they " didn't want it to get cold" Isn't the purpose of preordering so you don't have to waited 20 minutes when you get there.
They had a really nice office chair on sale. It was an instant savings and on an end cap. There was no chairs to try out. Would anyone spend $150 on a chair they couldn't test out? My husband ended up having to help put one together.
I waited 30 minutes in customer service line to exchange 1 item....and this was not the first time that I had to wait in line for a very long time for customer service! ....
I absolutely LOVE the new 10 items or less self-checkout.
I was there yesterday and it was very busy. New Years Eve. I'm not sure why all the lanes weren't open but I waited a while in the checkout lane which I bought something electronic then had to go stand in the member services line to pick it up. This is very silly to me. If I paid for it then the cashier can go get it and save me some time.
Please add more cashiers daily. It's best to have several open lines verses one or two available.
