Shop at your own risk!! I have made more than 10 phone calls and spent countless hours trying to get through to management about a major issue with an online order! I’m a member of over 18 years and they could careless to return a call and deal with the issue. Costco is gaining a customer.
First mistake was going to Sam’s for pizza. Second mistake was not checking before, I left. How do you sell pizza this dry and OLD! What a waste of gas and time..Proof is in comment area. If I wasn’t already home I would seriously return it
Terrible Customer service. I went in to exchange a ipad that wouldn't hold charge and the lady over customer service was VERY ugly about me trying to exchange. I even talked to the company that we had bought insurance for the ipad and they told me Sam's Club does a 90 day warranty.. I bought tires with the warranty 4 months ago. They kept me there 2.5 hours yesterday and STILL didn't balance my tires. Just rotated them. Disgusted.
The day before Thanksgiving no line no waiting. Thank you manegement for being prepared for the rush.
