This is my favorite Sams. A lot of the employees have been there since the store opened. And they really take Pride in their/our store. I was one of the first customers that entered the store on opening day many years ago. And I’m still a customer. I’m the type of person that loves fresh food. So I’m visit the store daily to pick up fresh meat for dinner. The only thing I hate is, I’m a business owner and the hours have changed from 7-9. That’s really an inconvenience. No customer service, no manager available at 4:55 pm on a Thursday afternoon, after rude encounter with Sams employee - and I pay to shop there? Think I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Good stuff reasonable prices. I just feel rushed now that they changed opening to 9 instead of 7. I even forgot the milk. Wonder where I can go get milk. Maybe Costco
These carts were down two weeks ago. Come on Sams you got a lot of elderly and people that like to shop. Get some carts and ones that work.
The mattress pricing has FALSE ADVERTISING! We wanted a full-size mattress. It's advertised in the store for $469, but says "Special Order." We asked at the service desk if we could order the mattress and were told we have to order it online, but online it adds $100 for delivery. We have made 4 phone calls. When we try to order online or talk to the online help, we're told that they can't ship it to the store (so we could avoid the $100 delivery fee) and have nothing to do with the store prices that are listed.
