My family and I shop here regularly. The employees are super friendly and it’s nice to see their familiar faces and kind smiles each time we go in. Unfortunately, no matter how much of a regular customer I am, today I realized I’m not a “valued” customer. I’m just another dollar. I purchased over $200 in groceries for my family. It was super hot outside and in my rush to get the groceries into my car, I forgot to place a package of toilet paper into my trunk. When I got home I realized it so I returned to the store. Hello I went to Sam’s Club on 6/29/23 to place a cupcake order. The young lady went to the back to get someone to help me. The person that worked in the bakery, instead of getting my order, she walked past me and went on break. The young lady said “did she not get your order” I told her no.
