I’ve been a Sam’s member for years. For the past 6 years I’ve been a Prime member since I now live about 3 hours away from one, so I order online a lot. The last 3 orders I’ve placed have been a disaster. Some items aren’t delivered, got a replacement. Laundry detergent leaked, got a replacement. The packing and shipping have been below standard lately. Some boxes looked liked they got delivered by dropping out of a plane. C’mon Sam’s. You can do better. Fast forward to last Monday, July 10th and we were charged again for membership of $110. Wife gets on the phone and demands a refund. After a long conversation Sam's agrees to refund for the last two charges totalling $220.
