In January 2022 I made online purchases and paid $100 for my Sam's membership, on February 23, 2022 I made and received online purchases from Sam's. Between my successful February purchase and my attempted online purchase on March 23, 2022 Sam's made changes to their system and in the process lost my information. My telephone calls and online chats did not rectify the problem. Although the representatives were polite they only reiterated that the information was unavailable. This company will give your credit card an increase to 8,000 then cancel your card and not tell you in advance. You'll go to use your card and be declined. When you call customer service they tell you that you'll get a letter in 7-10 business days as to why. Not customer friendly and very degrading.

I do not have a membership with Sam's Club, never have and never will. They "somehow" got my credit card information and charged a membership fee. I called them to reverse it and have my card taken out of their system. THEY REFUSED! It doesn't matter if you are a member or not, this scam company will steal from you. I will be contacting the police department where they are located and reporting the theft.

I would give 0 stars if it was a choice. Seriously, I just wanted to buy some tires. I have been a member since 2008. I have ordered multiple sets of tires over the phone and online. However this time they did not show up online so I called to do it. Not only was I hung up on multiple times, yelled at by a csr for continuing to call each time I was hung up on, and then transferred multiple times, but I also spoke with the rudest man ever saying I had to come in store to order tires. WOW TERRIBLE customer service. Very rude. Went in on Tuesday 03/15 around 10am. The "supervisor" was plain rude and didn't seem to really about helping me along with whoever was working member services at that time. Now the lady at the door around that time was SO sweet and the most helpful person in the store. Will not return.

I purchased a set of tires and had them installed. When I got in my car, I discovered that the mechanic had torn the leather on my steering wheel. I filed a report with the store manager. Since the damage was over $1200, they had to submit it to the corporate office. It's been a month now and they won't even return my phone calls or emails. You would think that a company that large would be more professional. I'm seriously considering filing a police report for vandalism as that's what this is. The most absolute worst service with the tire department. I've literally have been calling for days straight. No one ever answers the phone and if they do they pick up the phone to stop the ringing and will hang up in your face. So disrespectful. Lynchburg Va

Sams club of in Oklahoma City has the rudest management team I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. I am not one to file complaints or be a Karen. The attitude I witnessed was so bad I had to file this complaint. I will never ever shop at another Sams club or Walmart because of the atrocious behavior, extremely unprofessional.

Sam's Club is like the Hotel California... ... You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave! Seriously, if you sign up for a membership, plan on never being able to easily cancel unless you threaten them. They will automatically charge your credit card, and never offer to refund. Instead, they'll tell you to wait ten weeks for a check or dispute with your credit card company. Thankfully, my credit card company understands service and refunded immediately.
