I had a very disappointing experience today. I first booked my appointment online4 days ago , but the salon cancelled it. When I called, the staff rebooked an appointment for me with Kiera at 1 pm on Tuesday for a hair cut. I arrived on time and waited until 1:30 but Kiera never showed up, even though I was told she was coming. This was very unprofessional and left me extremely disappointed. I value my time and expected better service

Went to bleach my hair with Kiera and she fully destroyed my hair. The color came with brown patches and in the end I have to cut my hair and report to trading standard ((( When I ask them to correct the color answer was your highlight/color came bad after your holiday. Even i said the same time at the salon- that I'm not happy with color. The girl just finished her course but they called her professional. I bleach my hair for last 24 years and never had them in that bad way. No more visits
